Youth Symphony group on Jan 25

Please note that the strings will be in a different location from the winds and brass for this rehearsal.

Youth Symphony STRINGS will be at North High School, and will have a sectional with Steve Pologe.

Youth Symphony WINDS & BRASS will be at Parrish Middle School.

Concerto Competition- Jan 23, 2010

Our annual concerto competition will be held Saturday, Jan 23, 10:00 am - 12:15 pm.

It will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 5090 Center Street NE. Map.

Everyone in invited to listen to these nine performers. Free.

All three groups rehearse Jan 25

Please note: no rehearsals on Jan. 18 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day).

Amadeus - Regular rehearsal at North Salem High School (map, enter parking lot from D Street), 6:30-8:00 pm

Philharmonia - Regular rehearsal at North Salem High School, 6:30-8:30 pm

Youth Symphony - NEW! different locations for this sectional!

**Strings will be at North High School.

**Winds & brass at Parrish Middle School.

6:30-8:30 pm.

Strings: please bring a music stand (other groups will be at North and we won't have enough stands).

Youth Symphony group resumes rehearsals on Jan. 4

The Youth Symphony group will resume rehearsals on Monday, January 4, 2010.

The rehearsals on Jan. 4, 11 and 25 will be at North Salem High School (not at Parrish Middle School). We have no rehearsal on January 18 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Amadeus and Philharmonia will resume rehearsals on Monday, January 25, 2010.

Amadeus rehearsal may be changed to 12:30 AFTER
Philharmonia at 9:45, and Youth Symphony at 11:00,
which will remain the same times.

We want you to be safe and will understand if you cannot
attend rehearsal. However, the orchestras really need the
extra practice together, so we will try to meet with as many
as can attend.
