Youth Symphony group's schedule for tonight

Strings

Sectionals from 6:30-8:00 pm,

rehearse together on stage...movements 4 and 6 from 8:00-8:30 pm.

Woodwinds and Brass together

Together from 6:30-7:15 on the outer movements,

then brass will rehearse brass choir and woodwinds will rehearse movements 4 and 6 in sectional.

Brass

will then rehearse brass choir material till 8:30 pm,

Woodwinds

will join the strings on stage for movements 4 and 6.

Percussion

Sectional with Mr. John Lipton in a designated room at North Salem High School from 6:30-8:00 pm.
From 8:00 - 8:30 pm, I will need the Military Drum player, the tambourine player for movement 4, and the tambourine, maracas player, Bass Drum for movement 6.

Pick up raffle ticket packets - please!

Please pick up the raffle ticket packets at Monday's rehearsal if you have not done so already.

Parents of Amadeus and Philharmonia students will need to sign for the packets, so please come into the rehearsal area to get them.

This raffle ticket fundraiser replaces our traditional Musical Enchantment fundraiser this year.

Youth Symphony Brass Choir

Rehearsal schedule for this week, February 13:

6:30-8:00 pm Meet in Parrish choir room with Mr. Hodges.
Please bring copies of the brass choir music he passed out to you.
8:00-8:30 pm Join full orchestra on Parrish stage.

Next rehearsal will be Monday, February 13, 2012*

• Mozart Players at North Salem High School**, 5:15 - 6:15 pm.
• Amadeus Players at North Salem High School**, 6:30 - 8:00 pm
• Philharmonia at North Salem High School**, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
• Youth Symphony at Parrish Middle School, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

*Note: The rehearsals will be hold on Monday even though it is a furlough day for Salem-Keizer teachers.

**Note: The rehearsals at North will remain at North in spite of the recent fire in the color guard closet.
