Amadeus Players - 6:30 - 8:00 pm.  North Salem High School.  Map  

Sectionals tonight:  

    1. everyone meet and unpack in the orchestra room, 6:20

    2. each section will be directed what room to go to.  Take instrument + music + the music stand.  6:30 - 7:15.

    3. bring the stand back back for the full orchestra rehearsal, 7:15-8:00.

Philharmonia - 6:30 - 8:30 pm.  North Salem High School.  Map 

Brass and woodwinds: 

    1. unpack in the band room

    2. go to sectional room with your instrument + music (brass in choir room, woodwinds in room 123), 7:15-8:00

    3. bring the stand back to the band room for the full orchestra rehearsal, 8:00-8:30

Strings: 

    1. all strings together in band room, 6:30 - 7:15

    2. take instrument + music + stand to sectional rooms, 7:15-8:00

Youth Symphony - 6:30 -  8:30 pm.  Parrish Middle School.  Map

The Youth Symphony group rehearses next door at Parrish Middle School.  You enter the building from D Street, up a few steps.  Please note that Parrish parking lot is tiny!  You might want to park at North Salem H.S. and walk (carefully!) west across the railroad tracks to Parrish. 

  

Everyone:  Please arrive about 10 minutes early to have time to warm up before the rehearsal begins.

Please bring a pencil.

The Retreat will be held Friday-Saturday, October 4-5 at the Oregon 4-H Center in West Salem.

This is the only parent meeting of the year!
