Musicians: please enter the door to Fine Arts West, which is just beyond the door to Smith Auditorium, to unpack.  Volunteers will direct you.

Amadeus Players	Rehearsal at 1:30 pm	Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Violins & violas unpack in upstairs room.  Cellos & basses unpack in backstage hall.	Rehearsal begins on stage 1:30 pm
Mozart Players	Rehearsal at 1:45 pm	Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Violins & violas unpack in upstairs room.  Cellos & basses unpack in backstage hall.	Rehearsal on stage
Philharmonia	Rehearsal at 2:00 pm	Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Unpack in the Band room behind the stage.	Rehearsal in the Band room 2:00 pm.
Youth Symphony	Rehearsal at 2:00 pm	Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Unpack in the Choir room behind the stage.	Rehearsal in the Choir room 2:00 pm.

NOTE for family and friends:

The auditorium will be closed while Amadeus and Mozart Players are rehearsing on the stage.  The building itself will be open and the audience can wait in the foyer.  The curtains into the auditorium will open about 2:40 pm.

Dress rehearsal schedule on Saturday at Willamette University:

Philharmonia	8:30 - 9:45  am	Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Unpack in auditorium.  Wam up on stage.	Rehearsal on stage 8:30-9:45 am
Youth Symphony	9:00 - 11:00 am	Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  Unpack in band room behind the stage.	Rehearsal in band room 9-9:45 am Rehearsal on stage 9:45-11 am.
Amadeus Players	10:30 am - 12:30 pm	Arrive 10:30 am.  Unpack, tune, in the choir room behind the stage.	Rehearsal on stage 11-12:30 pm.
Mozart Players	11:45 am - 1:00 pm	Arrive 11:45 am.  Unpack in the auditorium.  Tune backstage.	Rehearsal on stage 12-1 pm.

Regular clothes for the dress rehearsal (not concert clothes).

Mozart and Amadeus -- perform at the library

Friday, April 26 performance  (Mozart and Amadeus groups only)

Loucks Auditorium, Salem Public Library; Map

    4:00 pm    Arrive at library; Parking meters require coins ($0.25 for 30 minutes)

    5:00 - 5:30 pm Concert

    5:30 - 6:00 pm refreshments; please bring a plate of cookies or fruit to share

Wear black and white concert clothes (see Handbook).

This concert is FREE, so this is a great opportunity to invite family and friends for a sneak preview! 

Next rehearsal -- Monday, April 22

• Tickets to the Spring Concert will be on sale at North at the rehearsal.
• Return raffle packets if you haven't returned them yet.
