We are holding a raffle again this year as our fundraiser to help cover the operating expenses of SYSA. This fundraiser helps us keep tuition as low as possible for our families.
1.) Please pick up your raffle packet at a rehearsal if you haven't picked it up yet.
Mozart, Amadeus, Philharmonia parents: please come to our table inside North High School and sign for your musician’s raffle packet.
Youth Symphony musicians: you can pick up your packets at Parrish (not at North).
2.) 10 tickets to sell, $5 each. Checks payable to Salem Youth Symphony or SYS.
You are most welcome to sell more than ten tickets!
3.) The member who sells the most raffle tickets in each orchestra will receive a $50 prize.
Two members in each group (those who turn in their sold ticket stubs by April 14) will be drawn for a $25 prize.
4.) Return your money and raffle ticket stubs by April 14.
5.) Winning tickets will be drawn at the Spring Concert on April 27. Winner doesn’t need to be present to win. The grand prize is $1000, and six additional tickets will drawn for $25 gift cards.
Thank you for helping this fundraiser succeed! Tuition covers only part of our operating budget, and the rest comes from donations, concert tickets, and this fundraiser.
